Charming stay with amazing views

Waking up in my double room, I opened the balcony door to a fine view of the mountains. The breakfast spread amazed me, offering everything from fresh fruits to local cheeses, all lovingly presented. The staff were warm and engaging.

A high quality and ideal hotel, I liked it, staff was efficient!

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a RELAXING stay. The hotel was excellent quality and ideal, loved mountain view from our double room. It offered us particularly good and excellent location close to a bus stop.

Oh man, the seafood here is an epic tale on its own! We savored every bite-the freshness was off the charts! Plus, the breakfast spread was very nice, filled with interesting breads, cheeses, and fruits. This place is just a short walk from awesome venues like Mauritz Keller and Ristorante pizzeria Erica!

Now, our room was somewhat on the small side, but it was everything was super clean and well-furnished, so everything shined bright despite the space!

Why is there no air conditioning? Expecting comfort during warm weather!!! Room size is a joke, barely enough space for luggage!!! Thin walls letting noise in could be improved!!! Why no coffee-making facilities in the room?

Utterly disappointing experience. I expected a lovely kettle and cups in the room, but alas, not even a coffee option downstairs, while overpriced coffee awaits outside. The note about key drop-off was just ludicrous because who needs extra attention on their absense? I almost considered a good review but just couldn't, ya know.

Cozy stay with fine views

The balcony was a dream, perfect for morning coffee with a fantastic view. Breakfast was packed with yummy treats, and that bar/lounge area was a nice spot to unwind. Just a heads up, the sloped ceiling over the tub made showering a bit tricky. Really enjoyed it!

Such a lovely hotel for our family vacation. The cute vibe and helpful owner, especially with the grand kids in tow.

My wife says that a kids' play area would be great.

It was just a strong match for a trip in Ortisei with excellent value for money. The staff person were pretty good too make sure I had breakfast even when I left early for hiking. Try the beautiful hiking trails nearby. They are fine.

Couples looking for a cozy stay

We were overall very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious, and amazingly comfy, better than expected. We loved the balcony that had a great view, we slept with the balcony door open, so peaceful, and it was like we were in a small paradise. Plus, the breakfast spread was excellent, they had all kinds of interesting breads, cheeses, and enough fruit to keep you full.
